Makis Apartments - Arillas (Corfu)

The location was quiet and picturesque, with a great seafood restaurant nearby. The apartment was well equipped, including a kitchen with a door separating it from the bedroom. Cleaning and fresh towel replacements were done regularly. The host, Georgios, was friendly and helpful. The beach was a short walk away.

The air-conditioned studio at Makis Apartments was a savior in the scorching summer heat. It was cooler than the North Pole, allowing us to escape the sun's relentless rays. We lounged comfortably in the seating area, feeling like royalty watching our favorite shows on the satellite flat-screen TV. But the true highlight was the fully equipped kitchen, where cooking became a culinary adventure. So much so that we felt like contestants on a cooking competition, with Makis Apartments providing the perfect battleground for our gastronomic creations.

The apartment at Makis Apartments in Arillas was cozy and comfortable like a home away from home. I loved the warm colors and soft furnishings that created a welcoming atmosphere. It made me feel relaxed and at ease during my stay. As a guest with disabilities, I appreciated the accessibility features like the grab bars in the bathroom and the spacious layout that allowed for easy maneuverability.

The only thing that I didn't personally love was the kitchenware. It was a bit basic for my taste, but I understand that others might find it perfectly adequate.

The location was jaw-dropping, just a stone's throw away from the beach and the charming town. The garden was mind-blowing, filled with beautiful flowers and unexpected guests like geckos and colorful butterflies. The TV with Netflix was super, perfect for cozy nights in. The cleaning service was top-notch, with fresh towels and toiletries replenished regularly. The well-equipped kitchen with a separate bedroom was a pleasant surprise. the service and attention to detail were fantastic, making us feel right at home.

Value for money was excellent, the room was clean and well-equipped. The location was great, close to a lively town and beautiful beach. The staff, especially Georgios, were friendly.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider selection.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful garden filled with flowers and unexpected guests like geckos and butterflies. The hotel was very clean, with the staff doing a great job of cleaning the rooms every couple of days and providing fresh towels. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a door separating it from the bedroom, a rarity in this city. The hotel also had its own parking, making it convenient for those with cars. the hotel was located just in front of an amazing fish restaurant, a big plus for me.

We had a fabulous one night stay at Makis Apartments. The cleanliness was impressive, with a key in the door and spotlessly clean water in the fridge. The kitchen was well-equipped and the location in a lively village was great. The garden and TV with Netflix added to the overall comfort. The regular cleaning service with fresh towels, water, shampoo, soap, and coffee was a nice touch. I particularly liked the separate door between the bedroom and kitchen, something lacking in other apartments I've stayed in. a very good experience with excellent service.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The apartment is very comfortable and well-maintained, with regular cleaning and fresh towels provided. the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is even coffee and cold water in the refrigerator as a welcome gesture. the nearby beach is only a 10-minute walk away and is perfect for families with its sandy shores.

incredibly clean and tidy - even better than expected! Close to an amazing fish restaurant right in front. Georgios - the owner - is super nice and helpful. Loved the beautiful garden with bbq and games for kids. A peaceful location with olive grooves behind. Mosquito nets on windows and beds are a nice touch. Great service with fresh towels - water - shampoo - soap - milk, and coffee replenished regularly. Well-equipped kitchen with a door between the kitchen and bedroom.

Plus, there was an amazing fish taverna just in front with fresh food every day. Makis Apartments exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it. Cons: Cannot find any fault. 🚫.
